Are your nut butters smooth or crunchy?

The consistency of our nut butters is in between smooth and crunchy. Many of our flavors contain small bits of ingredients for a delicious texture!

Are your nut butters gluten-free?

Yes, all of our nut butters sold at Gone Nuts Co are gluten-free!

Are your nut butters vegan/vegetarian?

All of our nut butters are vegetarian and some of our nut butters are vegan! However, the following nut butters contain honey:

  • Naked
  • Date Me
  • Deja Blue

Are your nut butters sugar-free?

All of our nut butters are free from processed sugars! Our Naked Almond Butter is 

nothing but almonds and contains no sugar. Our other products are sweetened 

using honey, dates, or apple juice-infused blueberries.

Are your nut butters organic?

Our nut butters are not certified organic and we do not use organic nuts, but some of the ingredients we use are organic.

How long is each jar good for?

All of our yummy nut butters have a shelf life of one year, but they never last longer than a week in my household!

What’s the best way to store the nut butters? 

This is a personal preference. Refrigerate them if you like a more solid texture or leave them out for a more spreadable texture.

Where can I find nutritional information? 

The nutritional information is found on each jar’s label and can also be found on our website under each product.

Do you offer samples?

We only offer samples at our sister store, BeetBox Market, or when our team is participating in nation-wide festivals! We love to meet our customers, so if you’re interested in seeing us in-person, follow our social media to track where we’ll be next.

Where are your nut butters made?

All of our delicious nut butters are created in-house with love in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Your discount code may not work if:

1) it's expired, or

2) it is combined with another discount.

If you're still having trouble, send us an email at sales@gonenutscompany.com and we'll look into it further!

Darn it! I forgot to apply my discount code. Now what?

No worries! If you forget to apply your discount code, email us at sales@gonenutscompany.com with the discount code you wanted to use, and we'll make it right!  

My order says delivered but it’s nowhere to be found. What do I do? 

Oh no! We want to make sure your nut butters arrive safe and sound to your door. If you have any issues with deliveries, please contact our team at sales@gonenutscompany.com or call (270) 792-8448. 

I placed an order with the incorrect shipping address. What do I do? 

Oh nuts! Mistakes happen, and we understand that! Please contact our team at sales@gonenutscompany.com or call (270) 792-8448 to get the issue resolved ASAP.

Can I return the product if I don’t like it?

You can return any unopened product for a full refund. Please contact us at 

sales@gonenutscompany.com to schedule your return.

Shipment Questions

Where does Gone Nuts Co ship to? 

We ship nation-wide to the USA via UPS or USPS.

When should I expect my order to ship? 

All of our orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. 

If there is ever an issue with your order shipping at that time, you will be notified.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?  

You will receive a shipping confirmation as long as you entered your email during checkout.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered to me once shipped? 

This depends on location but most items are delivered in 3-5 days.
