In under 10 minutes, you can have these no bake chocolate oat bites ready to go for your weekly snack. These little bites of heaven are packed with fiber, protein, healthy fats, and a good amount of carbs to fuel you for whatever you need them for!
Ingredients:
¼ cup chopped dark chocolate
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup date syrup
1 ½ cup old fashioned oats
¾ cup Date Me Almond Butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
Heat a pot on medium heat. Once warm, add the coconut oil and chocolate. Once melted, turn the heat to low and add the syrup, nut butter, vanilla. Mix well. Add the oats and salt to the mixture. Mix until it becomes a dough like texture. Take the pot off the heat and line a cookie sheet or plate with parchment paper. Using a spoon scoop and roll dough into small balls and place on the pan. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes or the refrigerator for 20 minutes to harden.
