These Monster Cookie are a fun, spooky, gluten-free recipe that the whole family will love!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bees Knees Honey Peanut Butter (can replace with your favorite nut butter)
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ cup M&M's
- ¼ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Edible Candy Eyeballs
Instructions:
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk the egg, add your Bees Knees, Cocoa Powder, Brown Sugar and Baking Soda. Stir all ingredients. (DO NOT whisk as the dough becomes VERY THICK.)
Stir in the M&M's and Chocolate Chips. Shape the monster cookie dough into 1 1/2" balls and then place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 9 minutes. Press Edible Candy Eyeballs and a few more M&Ms into the freshly baked cookies. Then let them cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before taking them off to cool.
**NOTE: Cookies will look underdone when you take them out but will harden as they cool!
