1 tsp baking soda⠀
1 cup chocolate chips⠀
1. Preheat oven to 350. Beat egg in a bowl & add almond butter, baking soda & sugar. Stir in chocolate chips.⠀
2. Form dough into balls & place onto cookie sheet lined with parchment. Flatten slightly.⠀
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes. (They’ll look under-baked but harden as they cool.)⠀
