Seriously we make these multiple times a week- It’s a part of our meal prep and a go-to when having people over. They would have no idea that they weren’t healthy if we didn’t tell them!

Preheat your oven to 350!
1 large cage free egg
1 cup NAKED or DATE ME (I should try using other nut butters soon, but like I said, these cookies are killer. Like mama always said, “if it aint broke dont fix it”. If you try other flavors, let us know how they turn out on social media!)
1/2 cup coconut sugar (Ive also used 10-15 drops of stevia before instead and still kick ass cookies)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
As many chocolate chips as you would like!
First whisk the egg really well, like really well, it makes the cookies more fluffy. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. I like to let the batter sit in the fridge for 10 minutes before putting it on a baking sheet, but its not 100% necessary. Scoop the batter into balls onto the baking sheet and bake for approximately 6 minutes. When they are just turning golden brown take them out as they will still cook on the baking sheet after they are out of the oven.
