THIS IS A STAPLE IN OUR HOUSE. You’ve gotta try, especially while strawberries are in season!

 

Mush 1 pint of strawberries, a 1/4 cup chia seeds and a few drops of stevia or honey!

Mix it all together and let it sit for a few hours in the fridge to allow the chia seeds to become gel-like!

 

Toast a piece of bread and top with BEES KNEES peanut butter and your fresh strawberry chia seed jam! Enjoy!
