BASIL PESTO:

15-20 basil leaves

1/2 C. avocado oil

3 TBSP NAKED almond butter

4 garlic cloves

juice of 1/2 lemon

1/4 C. freshly grated parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

 

Blend in blender and mix with red lentil noodles, zoodles, or whatever pasta you prefer!!

We have been loving this recipe with red lentil noodles- only ingredient red lentils. SO, so good. Be sure to let us know what you think!!
