MARINADE: (same sauce for rice noodles!)

1/4 cup of Avocado oil

1/4 cup of BEES KNEES

1/4 cup of soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos

1 TBSP. sesame oil

1 TBSP raw honey

1 tsp. fresh lime juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp. slightly dried ginger

1/2 tsp. pink Himalayan sea salt

 

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl! Save a few TBS of the sauce in a small bowl to add once the chicken is cooked. Add in chicken tenderloins in the large bowl and stir sauce to coat chicken. Let marinate for 4 hours!

In a skillet on medium heat, pour 1 TBS avocado oil. Place chicken in skillet and cook until done. Drizzle with cilantro and the sauce that was set aside! Awesome with the ASIAN PEANUT BUTTER NOODLES (see recipe!)
